GONZO! Ramen began March 4th of 2020. It was the same day COVID was declared a state of emergency in California. Through perseverance, the restaurant survived the shitshow and is operated daily by the Murphy family. Don’t know what to get? Try the GONZO! Red (Spicy), GONZO! Black (Smoky Garlic), or GONZO! Green (Vegan). All broths are made with the strict supervision of Hunter S. Thompson. Enjoy the beer, GONZO! Mania, a Japanese Lager collaboration with Booze Brothers.
