GONZO! Ramen began March 4th of 2020. It was the same day COVID was declared a state of emergency in California. Through perseverance, the restaurant survived the shitshow and is run daily by the Murphy family providing a pop n roll rendezvous. All broths here are made with the strict supervision from Hunter S. Thompson. We have a beer, GONZO! Mania, made in collaboration with Booze Brothers. If you're a food snob, keep it moving, we simply do Japanese comfort food. Thanks to the gonzo loyalists for the continued support.
 
GONZO! Ramenは2020年3月4日にオープンしました。カリフォルニア州でCOVID-19による非常事態宣言が出されたのと同じ日でした。この混乱を乗り越え、レストランはマーフィー一家によって毎日営業しており、ポップンロールの集いの場を提供しています。当店のスープはすべてハンター・S・トンプソンの厳重な監督のもとで作られています。ブーズ・ブラザーズと共同開発したビール「GONZO! Mania」もご用意しています。もしあなたが食通なら、他へ行ってください。当店はただ日本の家庭料理を提供しているだけです。ゴンゾの忠実なファンの皆様の変わらぬご支援に感謝いたします。
